The founders and current owners, Gavin Harrison and Sven Petersen, have been in the aviation business for over 30 years and both began their careers as aircraft engineers. 

Both Gavin and Sven hold ATP Pilot Licenses and have flown for numerous airlines over the decades, garnering valuable experience in all types of operations. They both still operate the company Boeing 767 as Commanders, resulting in a very "hands-on" management team supported by a dedicated operations team.
